​ The Guest Wing is a cottage style, 4 bedroom accommodation 

situated at the rear of One of  Rothesay Oldest buildings.

The building has a Grade two listing and   The Guest Wing 

​was previously the stables and then later an Inn when the building was turned into a Hotel.

We have now restored the Main house to its former glory and the stables into a charming guest cottage but with a modern feel.

The first thing you'll notice here is the peace and quiet and then the birds.... We have Deer in the garden and seals basking on the rocks.

The perfect place to bring the WHOLE family.

 

The Guest Wing is £150 per night - minimum of 3 night stay

Check-in from 4pm - Check-out 10am (Due to covid we ask you to strip all used bedding and place in bags provided )   

Weekend lets 4pm Friday to 10 am Monday  - £450

Deposit of £150 required to confirm booking.

Balance to be paid in full 3 weeks prior to arrival.

A Welcome pack of Tea, Coffee, Sugar & Milk on arrival so you can put your feet up straight away !

All Linen and towels are provided.

Other amenities are

Hairdryer, Cable TV ( in living room only ) DVD player, Washing machine.

And Limited WiFi.
